Hi All!

Just needed some advice...my 11 y.o. son is refusing to take Adderall XR any more....he hates the way that it makes him feel even though it has helped him tremendously at school....we took him off the meds this summer and the last 2 weeks... he's much calmer however he's all over the place.... is anyone aware of another medication that works like Adderall however has less side effects....insomnia, appetite suppressant, etc. My son is 5'2", 70 lbs at best. I want him back on the meds while my husband doesn't.....Thx!

I agree, Vyvance has much less side effects than Adderal

My ds has been on it for 1 year with 1 med hike so far and is doing well in school and at home.
