Anyone take Provigil?

Doc started supplementing me with Provigil.

Any experience out there?

I don't really notice a difference, except when I don't take it.

I guess it's subtle.

Problem is, it's so darn expensive. $20 per day, tho my outapocket is only $110 per month.

Still, that'll buy something...

my daughter tried Provigil. It was GREAT for her ADHD symptoms, but the side effects made us stop, tics and hair pulling. Exact same as Concerta. I don't think we paid a higher copayment than we do for other meds, but we only filled one prescription. Stopped due to the side effects.

Thanks. I haven't noticed any side effects, other than maybe putting on a little weight.

I just don't notice much when using it.

When I forget to use it, then I do notice that I forgot to use it.

So I guess it must be working.

I liked her on it, calm and focused, BUT the hair pulling wasn't ok...........good luck. There's another member who's son took it in trials and gained a LOT fo weight I believe.hey there, I was on provigil for approx 1 year It was GREAT until I had a full blown panic attack and had to go off. I reccommend tring it to any adult.
