Stratterra and Welbutrin | ADHD Information

It may be best to consult a good psychiatrist as they may be able to continue the medications - but fiddle with the doseages until they are accurate.  It is amazing what these guys can achieve for us.  But only if we go see them.  That is the step.  But if I was you I would get a good/professional to evaluate this situation for you.When my son Who is yrs. was on strattera for a week he was the same way. He's a tough little guy he started crying all the time, was very angry and didn't want to do anything We had to go back to the Doctor to get his meds switched.

Stratterra and Wellbutrin did not work well for me.  I got really agitated and would easily snap at someone.

BUT... I'm not a doctor.  Different drugs work differently for different people.  Talk to your doctor and you'll have to play the drug game with him until you find something that works.

I finally ended with Adderal and Lexapro and so far everything seems to be A-Otey.

 

Has anyone taken Stratterra and Welbutrin at the same time.  I have been taking Welbutrin for a couple of years and just started the Stratterra 5 days ago.  Yesterday I felt completely aggitated and anxious.  By the end of the day I was so depressed that my husband was super worried and told me never to take the Stratterra again.  If anyone has had this experience I would love to hear about it.  I hate to give up but I don't want to feel crazy with aggitation.
