Hello everyone. I was prescribed 20mg of adderall a day, I starting taking it in... October maybe? Anyways, as of lately I have been feeling SUPER tired after school once I take it. I've noticed a drastic change in the way I perform in school; For the better. Anyways, I also box after school, and a lot of times the adderall makes me feel so tired, and makes me not want to go, and just sleep.

Is there anyway I can stop feeling? I would rather just stop taking the adderall than quit boxing.

Are you taking it ONLY in the morning? Or do you take an afternoon dose and THEN poop out?

On Wed I'm getting a refill, so maybe I should ask for my usual Adderall XR, but then a dose of regular adderall to take in the afternoon?
I had the same problem (getting tired) when taking Adderall XR. It's the wear down of the meds, I think. I take regular 4-6 hour Adderall through out the day, with less of a wear down effect (it's the same, maybe a little less, but it goes away faster). But I have the same effect with Adderall period, so I usually stop Adderall for the weekends and just take one or two Sunday while doing homework. It helps lessen that tired-feeling and helps some of the side-effects get out of my system by Monday.
