med change again | ADHD Information

ok so DS has been switched again to a new med. he started on guanfacine then went to strattera and now starting tomorrow he will be on guanfacine with concerta. on the strattera he got so much worse. i know people keep saying to give it a chance but seriously how much of a chance can you give it if you see your child getting so much worse. he was sent home from school a couple of times since he started strattera and he had never done that before. i just hope that im doing the right thing on putting him through this. im so afraid that its all hurting him more than helping him right now.my son is on concerta and tenex (guanfacine) and it did wonders almost immediately. My daughter is just on concerta - and it took a bit of time to get right dosage but it is working great for her.
