Nausea | ADHD Information

I'm surprised nausea is lasting so long.  My family has limited experience with Strattera- my son took it for a couple of months.  He was very sleepy and did get nauseated at first, but both symptoms went away after a short while.  (I'm thinking about a week or two.)  I've heard some people have nausea into the second month, but have never heard of it lasting as long as your son's.   Have you asked your son's doctor about it?   I hope you get the answers, sorry I can't be of more help!

Hi. This may have already been answered somewhere, but I can't find it.

My son is 9 years old and has been taking Strattera since August. When he started taking it, he would vomit about 1/2 hour after taking it. By giving him a cooked breakfast and then his tablets, he is no longer sick, but he does still feel nauseas.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the sickness feeling to wear off? Or is he stuck with it while he's on Strattera?

The medication has helped him enormously and I really don't want to take him off it, but I also can't just sit back and watch him suffer.

Thanks.
