what could this possibly mean? today i am so very tired and barking at people and being impatient with everybody and not wanting to do a dammed thing. i am on 10 mgs of adderall xr now for about 6 days and feel nada anymore. should i worry about the way i feel or just assume it is cause i am so tired that i am acting this way? forget asking stupid dr. anything! i have been waiting and calling several times a day since tuesday for the nurse or dr. to call me back and the assholes can't find the time and i told the lady who took my message AGAIN today that i am also a patient and need someone to call me, still they don't give a care and i am ready to just forget this whole dammed stupid mess cause i am sick of waiting for them to call me and i am so tired today from no sleep last night, grrrrrr..sorry needed to vent.
Special Concerns
Take only as directed and do not increase the dose on your own. Remember that fatigue, excessive drowsiness, sleepiness, or depression while taking stimulants may mean an emergency situation is developing. Difficulty sleeping may be improved by taking the last scheduled dose several hours before bedtime.
when i am coming down off of adderall i feel SOO much anxiety and very snappy. i feel i just want to be alone. I get really moody. I think it has something to do with going from a high on the medicine down to a low. i can always feel when it wears off and i just want to go to bed and sleep. if you havent been sleeping that could be why you feel the way you do. make sure you dont take adderall at night because its a stimulant like caffeine and will keep you up and hinder your sleeping. its good to take it in the morning and then by the night you can get some rest.

My son has the same response when he is coming down off of his Adderall It took us a couple of weeks to realise that it was the Adderall that is causing it. He getts very sensitive and moody when it starts to where out of his system yelling at us and crying about goofy little things until he falls asleep. He takes about an hours nap then wakes up and is fine and back to himself. We are lowering his dose back down to 5mg though because he doesn't seem to have as severe side effects from it. good luck and i hope you feel better.
