We saw the doctor on Wednesday and I told her about our conversations here and that others had their kids on much higher doses of Concerta. She bumped him up to 90mg and he definitely seems better - not exactly where he should be but better than the 72mg.

I also discussed the Tenex or something else to help him take the edge off and reduce the OCD behaviors at night and she agreed to try it after he's been on this higher dose of Concerta for a couple of weeks.
