Hi fellow adders...
Did you notice in Hallowell's delivered from distracton that a common trait is being very self centered?
It is one of the very least talked of traits by me. I love to tell my conlselor how i am this or that due to add but i don't mention this one. Yet it is the hart, i think, of my social skills deficit.
helping others in any way is good medicine for me.
