Night activities | ADHD Information

My dd is currently taking Concerta in the AM and Tenex in the PM to help with sleeping.  This combination is working great for her.  I am just wondering what to do for night activities such as softball and brownies.  Can she take a short acting ritalin in the PM?  I was wondering what do others do?  Thank you for any responses. We have a persciption for short acting Focalin to take after the Concerta but my son refuses any more meds. I had to beg him to take allergy meds yesterday and he couldn't breathe! He needs it for after school homework and Boy Scouts but will not take period. He is almost 11.I avoid them - my son's activities are right after school or on the weekends. We have a prescription for a short acting dose in the late afternoons/evenings if we need it.   We generally don't need it, but it is nice to have just in case.   I also use this for when she sleeps in really late and her Concerta would be more coverage than we need.   My son is mostly the inattentive type of ADHD, but his
Vyvanse gets him through from 7:30am until 8pm, end of
wrestling practice. Towards the end of practice he
starts acting silly, but nothing abnormal and I think
it's more exhausting speaking than anyhting else.We use short acting ritalin if we have afternoon or evening plans.  It does not seem to effect sleep and I would recommend it. Thank you for all your responses.  I appreciate it.
