newly prescribed ritalin | ADHD Information

hi there - am a 39 year old woman who has just started 10mg ritalin. just wondering if other women experienced very little change?  i feel like its just barely touching the sides - it kind of takes the edge of my 'noisy' head but thats about it. it don't even feel when its wearing off.  not a 'classic' adhd presentation (if there is such a thing) but have immense trouble concentrating and have a hectic and chaotic head.  does 20mg make a difference to some people? am wondering what other people experienced when they first took their meds. many thanks, am very new to forums too... living in australia with three young kids. That stated, if it isn't doing the trick, what's the point in taking the
medication? When my son started meds it was like night and day. Keep
track of what's happening and report it to your doctor.
