I would think so---because when I was discussing the medadate cd with the psychiatrist for my son and voiced concern about giving him something for the leg pains he was complaining of--she said tylenol was ok to give him--but it would probably be best to contact your pharmacist or dr just to be sure.

I am on 20mg Dexedrine daily. It seems that the only troubling side effect I am experiencing are headaches. Then I get tired and just want to sleep. Is it okay to take a mild pain reliever such as Tylenol or Aleve in conjunction with my Dexedrine? If I didn't have the headache, I'd be much better.
