Coffee timing, apportioning

I have been taking 1/2 spoon of instant coffee at 6 AM and at 1 Pm, to keep up my productivity.  I am not taking any meds.  I noticed I was less productive in the evening, so I have been taking 1/2 spoon of instant coffee, at 6 or 7 PM.

I am still not getting a lot done in the evening, but another 1/2 cup of coffee at 6 PM helps, to some extent.

I often get up early in the morning and get some things done before I take my 1/2 spoon of instant coffee.  I am trying to be conscientious about taking coffee regularly, becuase I have periods of irritiablility if I get off schdule, and miss my morning or afternoon coffee.  My job depends on my being pleasant to people, so Lack-of-Coffee irritability is counter-productive.

Otter40157.1985532407I enjoy having caffeine in my system, mainly at work, not so much because it improves my disposition, but as much as I hate to admit it definitely can make a seemingly signifigant difference in my energy levels, and i work at a high paced job that requires a lot of physical effort. Nonetheless, I find myself having to quit once again, doe to increased anxiety levels and increasing sleep problems. Have tried somewhat to moderate the dose and time it right, but with my particular body chemistry it seems its simply all or nothing =/

I often go to sleep shortly after I get home.  I get home around 6 PM and will sometimes go to sleep at about 7 PM, and get up earlier in the morning, say 4 AM.  I don't have to get up till about 5:45 AM, so I have some time to sort mail, and look at bills, read the news.

I am trying to get myself content with doing som little things, because I often do nothing, just thinking of ways to either accomplish big things, or how to get around doing big things, and then nothing gets done, because I spend too much time daydreaming/planning instead of chipping away at little things.
