An observation...
Well,I have mentioned earlier this week how my son has been on Adderall xr with Tenex and everything was going well till he developed some bad tics to the point that we were frightened for him.We have not given him any Adderall since Thursday and just like we thought...the tics are diminishing to a slight shrug.
We had a feeling that the stimulants were causing them but we wanted to sorta wait it out but it was really getting chronic.He has been taking the Tenex for the past two days only and we have seen him more relaxed...sleepy but calmer.We have tried only stimulants but we are really leaning towards not using them any longer.Also he is a lil cranky or edgy but i think its because of not having the Adderall in his system that its causing the edgyness.
We are really going to push his Dr to prescribe the Intuniv since it seems like the way to go.I'm crossing my fingers that it continues to progress positively.
Good luck. So many people seem to be having positive results with this drug these days. But aren't you worried that if he is no longer on the adderall, then he will still have alot of focus/concentration issues that the tenex won't help, and his schoolwork will suffer?Enter Your Email below to claim your Free Book
