hello everone ... im from kuwait and just came across this site and would like to share my problem to get advise . my 7 year old daughter was recently examined by a psychiatrist and was told that she has ADHD combined type and suggested that i start treatment with adiral 15 mg but would start a dousage of 5 mg and gradually increase it to 15 mg. so i started giving her the medication and after sometime got positive feedback from her teachers in school that she became a bit less hyper and a bit more focused but by the time she is back home and the effectivness of her medication was over (short-acting dosage) she becomes vey hard to control worst than before i started her on treatment ? my doctor is out of the country and will be back after one week . since ill be visiting new york soon i was thinking to bring my daughter with me to have proper examination and hopefully get the correct medication . my plan is to check with a psychiatrist at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical center ... any advise ?
