Have you heard of guanfacine/tenex? My son takes it along with his concerta each morning. It relaxes him, that is all. He is only on 1 mg a day, and you can break it in half if you want to start lower. Just a thought and it has been such a success for him!

Hello my lovely little angel and her sister are at each others throat,however we have some bad news latley while we are off to hospital on a weekly basis with there dad is having chemo, to an untreatable cancer they are placed at friends then i try to keep it ha ... noramal for them but my youngest adhd child is not coping she is on 27mg concerta and they are good to a point but i have heard fish oil tablets or some other vitamin tablets may help ??? what i am hoping for is for her to be calmer in the sence to play and find her own fun, like she used to ?? she can not cope without structure and i am doing the best i can
