Has anyone tried this treatment? | ADHD Information
Meganne,
I didn't follow your link because it looked pretty weird.
Sorry.
At any rate, there is an entire (huge) thread under
"crawlers unite" on this forum that talks about Dr.
Bender's book and her crawling therapy. Unfortunately,
interest in the thread has seemed to have died now.
I do do the crawling therapy with my 9-year old ADD
daughter we are in week 18 of the 33 week program. As I
said, check out the above mentioned thread for others'
input/experience on this book/method.
Hi everyone!
I'm so glad to have found this site! My husband was recently diagnosed
with Adult ADD, and my son (age 5) was diagnosed around the same time
with ADHD.
We're reluctant to try any medications, especially after some of the
scary things we've read online about risks and side effects. As a
family, we eat healthy and are very active, and prescription
medications are something we consider an 'absolute last resort'.
I was looking around earlier today for non-medical treatments and came
across something really interesting. Supposedly it's a 15-minute a day
therapy plan that can treat the root causes of ADD/ADHD.
It's called "Dr. Bender's Breakthrough" and can be found here:

I haven't been able to find out much more info about it online, but did
find this forum in the process. I thought I'd check in with this
community and see if anyone else has tried this program, and if so
whether it works as well as they claim.
Thanks to everyone in advance for your input! My hubby and my son thank you too!
