ADHD & Brainmapping

Hello to everyone!  I have been reading this board for a while now but this is the first time that I have posted.  My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD this past October as we were having her tested due to struggles at school.  She tries very, very hard but still struggles with her reading and math.  It broke my heart to see her struggle and even though it was hard to accept when the psychologist was telling me that she may have ADHD I have finally come to terms with it.  After a lot of research and a lot of heart to hearts with our family doctor we decided to try concerta.  We just moved her up to taking 36 mg of concerta a day.  Her teachers at school say that they have definitely noticed a difference which makes me feel a lot better about my decision to try the drugs.  She has definitely progressed in her school work but still struggles even though she tries so hard.  I have heard a little bit lately about brain mapping and how it could help kids with ADHD....has anyone heard anything about this?
