Is this even legal?
I talked to my momma today and my step sister has a son my sons age 8yrs. He is ADHD and the school told her not to bring him in for the first few hours of school! This is not the first time i heard of this. A friend of mines foster child goes to school but they leave him sittin in the hallway for a few hours!!! This makes me so angry! That is Discriminanation isn't it? That cant be legal!! SouthernLuvBug40250.7933333333I've heard of similar stories here in Maine. A friend of mine's son was
basically left alone in a room by himself all day. His family moved to a
different school district.
Each state has different laws. Look into it. Raise a stink even if it is legal -
parents can make a huge difference in the treatment of their children in
schools.
