Finally decided to take ritalin | ADHD Information

It has been a slow road but I finally decided to take Ritalin. I have been
fighting it for a long time. I was on regular Ritalin for 6 years but took
some time off. Now my doctor wanted me to try Ritalin SR. How long does
this medicine take to work. Also, does any one know what the Half life of
it is? I want to know when my brain will start to not work.
Thank you very much for any informationI am back on regular ritalin.  I tried ritalin SR, generic, and felt no effect for two hours, then some calming effect for about 6 hours.  This did not work well for me.  Good luck.
