I think that is one of the only problem i have with my non adhder 7 yo son. The teacher and i have worked on ques to remind him he is talking and should be listening at school..she will walk up behind him and place her hand on his shoulder. At home we have a inside voice policy and when they my adhded adn non adhder gets over that volume the TV gets put on Mute or if they are playing with a game on the computer or gameboy i reach around and turn that down real low so then they realize that maybe they are being to loud

Hello, thanks for the tip on using the inside voice.I think if you get use to saying it over and over eventually they will get use to that voice inside. I am going to try it for sure. i was wondering if you had any tips on certain foods that may help. My son is very picky so i try to get him to eat everything i can. (healthy choices) but i was thinking that mabe i am giving him some things that are not helping his ADHD.

Hi just wondering if anyone has any info on some ways i can deal with my 8 yr olds volume level and his constant chating when he should be listening. Thank-you
