new here...adhd | ADHD Information

Hi i am a young teen with ADHD.Today i decided to try a "day without meds". My older bro John who is 17 has adhd also so he knows how i feel. So i decided to watch tv, could not i had to get up, i just had to. I went to my room tryed to lay down and i got all figitity. [i guess. I was so hyper. I could not control myself. My bro obviously knew i wasent on my meds because he told me come down stairs i need to talk to you. So i was sitting and i figited [idk] a lot also not paying attention to what the heck he was saying. Then i heard Did you take your meds this morining i know you did not. I just said give them to me now and then i ended up explaing that i did not want to be on meds cuz i dont like them. Is there anyay you dont have to take meds? or no?talk to your parent.Depends how severe your ADHD is. For me there is no way I can be off meds but for many with milder cases it's entirely possible.
