Hi all -- like many here, my son with ADHD loves video games & we're looking at something like SmartBrain (or preferably something cheaper!) to use the video-game passion maybe for neurofeedback that can improve ADHD symptoms. Has anyone tried this, or do you know of other products?
FWIS, DS is 11 years old, ADHD with a great big HHHHHHH, currently taking Concerta 54 mg which is definitely useful and necessary for him. But I'm always looking at all the options that might be out there, especially as he enters the teen years ... just what we need, a developmental phase known for risk-taking!! Great! ;-)
Anyway, if there's anyone here who has used the game-based stuff, I'd love to hear about your experience!

Our DS uses BrainWare Safari...he enjoys it and it is supposed to work on thinking skills, concentration, memory, etc. He started about a month ago..so no results yet.
