Just started Adderall-Please help
then a month ago switched to 54mg. I noticed no difference. So on
Monday my dr and I decided to switch me to the Generic (pink pill)
Adderall. It is not the XR, it is the instant release that you take more than
once a day. I was prescribed 20mg twice a day.
The first day, tuesday, in the morning I felt great, but by the afternoon I
had one of the worst headaches of my life. I felt terrible. To make matters
worse I just started a new job wednesday, so I've had to act as though I
feel great. Wednesday I had another terrible headache, have felt VERY out
of it, my eyes hurt, I feel pressure on my head, and almost everything
takes effort.
Today I took excedrin in the morning and afternoon and the headache
was not painful today, but I felt pressure and VERY out of it.
What I'm wondering is will this wear off? Is my body just adjusting from
the concerta to the adderall? Has anyone had this happen??
Any help would be great.
My dr said that if I don't feel better after 7=10 days we can switch
medicine.
