You can often set up "autopay" either through the company you are paying or through your own bank.  All but 2 of my bills are set up this way, so they are always on time and I don't even have to look at them.  Of course there is a huge potential to get charged incorrectly and get ripped off

starting meds tuesday wondering if  it will change. I pay chronically late I    can sit and pay the bills with the TV on  but thats about it  and I whip through it  and its like being in a dentist chair coing it. I only have the monet for  them because I  bought half the house I could afford knowing how impilsive I am with moneyYou *must* use an internet bill payer. My bank has one. It's sooooo nice. You can pay all your bills in less than a minute, and all your payees are right there in a list so you won't miss any.

Bills used to be an ordeal for me, but not anymore.
wow, great idea TY!  THey really are such a horrible chore  I endup paying late fees when Ihad the money to pay them on time it's very frustrating. I  am newly diagnosed and read a lot of great ideas on how to handle   the issue...of course I am much better with ideas  than application lolBobel:
I avoid answering phones because collection agencies are after me for old bills. I have the money to pay them off. I just need to find the day to do it all.  As  for checkbooks,  I  just decided today  that  I would never write a check again.  Just  plain cash will due til I figure out how to get organized...

To your posts about what it was like living with another person who needs to deal with your messes: I relate very much.
Good luck with college :)
