Need Advise | ADHD Information

We have a son who just turned 3. His daycare called DCS and advised them that our son was showing signs of aggression and we would not address the issue. DCS showed up at our house with the local police thugs in tow and I promptly told them to take a hike. They got a judge to sign an order removing him and our 7 yr. old from our home due to my "aggressive behavior". Acting like a grizzly bear fresh out of hibernation ( or a parent kicked by the system) I confronted the judge. Needless to say I was incarcerated for strangulation and intimidation. It took a change of venue and ,000 to get the charges dismissed and another 8 mos. to get our kids back. Our son ( who was 2 at the time ) meanwhile had been put on Focalin and Intuniv. I have researched both of these medications and determined that he ( because of his age ) should not of been on either. How about some advise

I would think an attorney could better advise you. There have to be laws protecting the baby. I don't know of any doctor that would write a presciption for a 2 year old.

If there was aggressive behavior going on in the home or daycare, your child may have picked up on it at either place, or during playdates, etc. Two years of age is way too young for all of this.

There has to be more to this story.

I agree with BETHANN. Ww are moms, parents, adults, friends, families and caregivers who are not qualified to give such advise. Seek legal counsel.
