seizure on focalin? | ADHD Information

Okay so this was a couple years ago. I was taking focalin xr. I was trying
to sleep and sorta dozing on and off(was taking a nap in my dorm) and
then i couldn't move and my head and back where moving violently(like a
foot or more back and forth). then i was not conscious and when i woke
up i felt weird the rest of the day. like really out of it and not in a good
mood. I always wondered if this was a seizure. I know seizures are listed
as a side effect of focalin. I ask this because I am just started taking
focalin again(a couple
months after this happened i switched to a new medication). does this
sound like it could have been a seizure? should i worry about this
happening again now that I am taking it again? I am taking short acting
now and was taking long acting then but i think the ingredients are the
same. any advice would be great cause i don't know who to ask and i am
