I don't have multiples but just wanted to welcome you here and hopefully someone else in a similar situation can help you out somewhat.
I do however have a 9 yr old adhd son and a 8 yr old daughter (non adhd) and I find that tough at times. I also note you have a 4 yr old which makes it all that much harder for you.
For the school morning stuff (ie: breakfast, dressing, teeth etc), could you laminate a "checklist" for the boy's to go through themselves each morning. The playing nicely I'm still trying to work on with my 2 as they're fine for short periods and then it goes haywire. The other stuff I'm still trying to work on myself as I dont think my sons current meds are working (have to see Dr about this).
Sorry I can't be of more help but sending good wishes your way.

Oh Laura--Bless your heart. I just joined yesterday to hopefully get some questions answered. I have 8 year old twin boys. One with ADHD and the other does not. God bless you. Last night I was just telling my husband that I felt like the worst mom in the world, and that I don't know how I would do it if both of them had it.
The everyday challenge of multiples can be such a challenge as well as a blessing. Just getting through the day without them killing eachother and getting them all to do the basics of daily living is usually exhausting.
My older girls (singletons) were such a breeze, I thought parenting was a walk in the park. I didn't have a clue that multiples would be such a challenge. Especially when one has ADHD. Let alone three.
Hang in there.
Wow! I truly feel for you!!! I know how difficult one ADHD child is...I couldn't imagine 3! Just the fact that you're still sane enough to post on this board says something about you! You must be a tough cookie!
I'm sorry I don't have any advice about multiples, but I was thinking that maybe you need to re-evaluate the meds. If they are only helping in school then they aren't working properly! You should see improvement at home also. Maybe the meds are wearing off before they get home? How are they on the weekends? Are there time periods on the weekends that their behavior seems better? I would definitely talk to the doc. It may be something as simple as adding a short acting afternoon dose. Good luck and hang in there!
