	adderall 20mg didn’t work hi! i just took adderall for the first time today (10mg pill at 10am and 12am). i didn't notice any difference at all. i read somewhere that it can take up to 4 weeks to work. i hope not because my classes start on jan 27 and i want to see how it works while in school. should i take more pills? thx for any help... sgtpepper6738363.9342476852If you didn't seem to notice any difference, I would try it for another day or two and then consult your physician. Perhaps a higher dose is needed, or maybe even a med-change. Have you tried any other products? Adderall kicks in slower so you might not feel the inital boost like ritilan gives.
