Concerta has the same effect on me. 6-8 hours after I take it I zone out and don't do much of anything.
My name is Adrienne and I'm a 16 year old Junior I've been on Concerta for maybe 4 months. I was diagnosed with ADHD right before that and that was when I went on Concerta. At first i was at 18 MGS and now I am at 27 MGS (the yellowish capsule to the blue) it seemed to be working great. I've also been diagnosed with mild depression and for that I'm on Celexa (30 MGS) now their really hasn't been a problem I've noticed until i started reading some forums on this website but I've had really bad "dazed" and "empty" feeling spells. Most of the time they don't happen during the day but when I get home from school and around 4 or 5 I'll just catch myself staring at the wall and not knowing what to do to make myself feel a little more productive. Has anyone else had these side effects, and if they have what did they do for them? Please help thanx
