Adderall 30xr is it working or not? | ADHD Information

I am 51 yo diagnosed ADHD three months ago.  Have worked my way up to Adderall 30xr and have been on this dose for 4 weeks now.  I feel much calmer and can sit without having to move every few minutes but I still feel when it comes to work, I am not able to focus. - Is this something I have to teach myself (focus) or would a higher dose make it happen?  I don't go back to the doctor for another few weeks.
If you arent able to focus...especially in the first couple weeks, I would say your probably going to have to up the mgs.....start low though as it is very very easy to build up a tolerance
