Adderal Question | ADHD Information

I am currently taking 10 mg of the short acting adderal twice a day. It has helped me so much! I can now focus and I am not as fidgety and I am also less on edge. The only down side is the loss of appitite and dry mouth. However, when I took it today, I did not get the same focus affect. I still had dry mouth and loss if appitite but I was fidigty, on egdge, disoragnized and un able to focus. I understand that aderal is not a magic pill but nomrally when I take it I can focus and not be so distracted. Today I could barly get my woek done. I am sorry for any mispellings, I also have dislexcia. If anyone has any advice that would be awsome as I am taking the SAT in two weeks and really want to fix thsi problem!
