concerta not lasting as long | ADHD Information

ds has been on 54mg concerta for about 2 years. it is not lasting as long
anymore and we have to use 10mg ritalin during the day at school to help
him get through the day. The dr. suggested trying ritalin la. We tried today.
I gave him 30mg. this morning and 20mg. around noon. I don't think it is
going to last long as he metabolizes meds quickly. He also takes zoloft for
anxiety and clonidine to help him sleep. How does tenex/intuiv work with
concerta? Do you think it would help smooth out the day on concerta if we
switched back? Just wondering anyones experiences.
