Crawling therapy to heal adhd | ADHD Information

Hi,
here was long thread about crawling therapy. It has
disappeared. If it has been removed by the moderators -
could you please have the courtesy to say why.

annikaIt saddens me to see that the book 'Stopping adhd' by
O'Dell and Cook finds so little attention because it does
what it says on the cover: it stops adhd. My son who is
twelve has been crawling for four and a half months now.
We made a detailed list of his symptoms and rated each
symptom on a scale between 0 and 10 - so we have a very
clear idea where and how much he has improved.

His top-score was 83/140 and it was very unpleasant to be
around him. He is now at 33/140, which means he is 2/10
on most symptoms. In other words, he is 'normal' -
naughty at times - but not having a disorder. To be
honest if my son would have been always the way he is now
the word adhd would have never crossed my mind. He is
clearly not adhd anymore.

We have to crawl anothe 3 and half months to complete the
course - so things can only get even better.

The book is easy to read and the exercises are well
explained. It is THE solution to a drug free recovery of
adhd. I highly recommend it.

We have adapted the exercises slightly, for example
applying resitance in a variety of other ways as it is
described in the book.

One more tip on the diet front: when you take omega 3 oil
mix them with cottage cheese as this make them much more
absorbable.

My husband who also has had plenty of add symptoms
crawled with my son. He, too, is a changed man. He is
actively involved in his personal growth, no more cheap
excuses, no more white lies and it is a joy to be around
him.
