if so how long did it last? today was day 2 at 20 mgs and i was so iritable and angry feeling, maybe just overly tired who knows?
when i increased the dose again i could not sleep..siiigh. does it make you feel crabby and iritable and if so did/does it go away and when!?
it's not making me irritable, but the doctor wanted me to stay on low dose zoloft for a while to help serentonin levels. i'm not sure if he knows that adderall effects serentonin. i only know it because of these boards. i do know that when i increased my dose of welbutrin that the irritability started, so 20mg might be too high for you. WOW! finding the right dose is more Science than i ever realized.
If you are not taking an SSRI, you may want to discuss it with the doctor. I'm not real big on them and they can have aweful "bedroom" side effects. You may consider a LOW dose if you want to stay on the higher dose of Adderall; OR, you may want to discuss another sitimulant.
I'm not sure why I'm acting like an expert. I have read up on this for MANY years and dealt with many students medicated and non medicated with ADD/ADHD, but as far as experience, I'm a rookie too. Good Luck.
