Not sure if it helps to concentrate but my brother drinks them to stay awake I'll ask him if it helps him to concentrate. I personally think that is a nasy drink smells good taste bad lol. I also think it can be addictive cause he has to have one everyday.

Oloveia38367.6283101852aha, yeah quite expensive too, i heard there are concentration drinks out there?         exam week is coming up and so is my sat. i usually drink a redbull before testing to help me concentrate more? is that actually helping or hurting me? is there anything else i can drink?

Try  getting enough sleep so  you arent wiped  when you take exams =)  all night  cram + exam= success is a myth imo. I always do better well rested.  Their  are also diminishing  returns  on retention relating to length of the  study  time.

Thats very true and thats why many ADHD'ers drink coffee and smoke. The caffiene  content acts like stimulant medication whereas it wakes up the neurotransmitters. Just be careful as caffiene is addictive.

does anyone have any experience with redbull?

They are big in Japan, it's a lot of amino acids and such. It looks like a nip (a small bottel of whisky you get on planes)

Arnold Schwarzenegger loves them!

shinsetu_hito38367.7279282407Ok my brother says it doesn't help to concentrate just helps you to saty awake when your tired. So if you need to stay up it's gonna help.  should i drink lots of coca cola in the morning than? or red bull?

All they do is give you energy so either will do.
