from adderall xr to concerta 18 mgs??? | ADHD Information

I took Concerta 36mg for about a year and a half. My doctor just resently switched me over to Adderall XR 15mg /day... I absolutely hate this crap... all it did was make me completely buzzed, and jittery, and I felt like my nerves were shot! It didn't help me concentrate at all, and it kept me up all night. I'm thinking about going back on the Concerta... or maybe trying Wellbutrin (Stimulants make the tinnitus in my ear worse).

I just started to take adderal xr 20mg.  the first day I felt a small buzzing feeling and a little more control.  Day 2 & 3 i feel the same as I did las week?  Any thoughts?my insurance denied my adderall extended and
immediate release types. yup, too expensive. they
did ok immediate release ritilin. i wasn't too hip
about it, but oh my gosh!!!! i have finally found
something that works. i have had the most
productive day in my life. i've been taking it since
friday, but i've been at home. i haven't seen a huge
difference until today. several of my first graders told
me how nice my desk looked today. how funny is
that!!!!!!
btw, i'm taking 10 mg twice a day. he's going to have
to let me take a 3rd pill though after this month. i'm
ready to CRASH and I haven't left work yet. four hour
strength isn't quite enough. i would be happy with 5
mg three times a day (i think.)

what can i expect with this change?  i am currently taking 20 of adderall xr but am almost out and cannot afford them right now but my dr. had a coupon for free concerta 18 mgs and i can get more from her when i need them so she thought we should go this route instead.

the adderall xr while never feeling that focused or concentration feeling,  definitely gave me a boost in mood and energy...too much energy i think cause i was always buzzing around all freakin day long!  maybe concerta will be more tame???

what is the equilivent dosage from 20 mgs addderall xr to concerta?
