You already know how bad it is. His kids will be in foster care 5 minutes after Child services finds out. Maybe he will get charged with risk of injury to a minor...maybe not. It will come out eventually. Maybe Teacher/ school Nurse/ Guidance Counselor notoices the sons problems re-occurring and questions him...then POOF..mandatory report to child services goodbye to Dad. . I am sorry for all 4 of you inclusing your Fiancee who I am sure wants the best for his kids but seems to of gotten sidetracked. It will end up a disaster for all involved probably.
I am Very concerned that my fiance is giving his daughter who is 14 weighs 110lbs his sons Adderal XR of 20mg he is 70lbs and 11 years old (he takes Adderal 20mgXR twice a day). I told him this isnt a good practice and he should have her evaluated first with a confirmed diagnosis. This has been going on for two days now and he states its helping her with her schoolwork and she is going to continue to take his second dose of his sons medication and bump his son down to 20mgXR once a day (he has been on this dose for years-40mgXR day) I am worried this will cause more harm than good. He states he cannot afford to take her to the doctor/psychiatrist and that he cannot afford additional medication costs. (he can afford it) any help would be appreciated.
