forgot my medication this AM | ADHD Information

I took my 530AM dose.....8 hrs later

The afternoon sucksI am vibrating in place, bored,unmotivated, irritable  and have an intenral discussion about leaving work  early for the last hr....gee, just like I used to be lol

The abscence of medication   is a startk reminder  of how much it changes  my day. I guess   I have something else  to leave out with my keys and wallet on the counter at night now.
