since being on this 10 mg dose i have not only a few good nights sleep..
is this normal and why doesnt it go away?
i use to trazadone but i was so groggy with these big ole bags under my
eyes each morning and that seems to harsh of a med for this treatment.
i have checked into clonodine as well and the side effects scared me away!
i am thinking of just stopping this med due to the insomnia..it is
making me nutso!
i asked my dh today if he even thougth it was helping me and to my
surprise he was MAD that i was going to stop it! he said before i
was not taking my other meds like i was suppose to be but now he
knows that i am, he sees me as more focused but i dont', he says
i am not on the internet as much, he does not see me flitting from
one thing to another to another to yet another as before either.
funny i never noticed this! so maybe it is working to some degree
but at the price of not sleeing it is not worth it...any ideas?
today i did not take it i am in need of some desparate sleep!
