Adderall and drug tests | ADHD Information

Can anyone tell me how long adderall will show up on a drug test? My
son's drug test (he had some behavior that caused us to think he was
using again) came up negative and the dr. is concerned that he is not
taking his meds. My son had not taken adderal for 4 days and the nurse

It really depends on the drug test.  Many tests will show signs of a stimulant taken within a week, other better tests can find evedence of stimulants taken in the past month.  Maybe those behaviors you noticed were the result of him NOT taking his Adderrall.  I guess that is actually good news.
