changing dietHas anyone out there tried the Feingold program with any success? I saw a post a few months ago about it, but there were not many responses. We just started this week and I would love to hear about any experiences with it. It is an elimination diet that focuses on artificial dyes, flavors, and certain types of fruit (temporarily). Hi I'm new here and was wondering if anyone had changed their diet and how it worked. Could you please give me some information of what your talking about or maybe a book to read? Thank you...... Stephanie Feingold diet does make a difference. You are bascialley looking for what contributes to the problem. We do as much as possible, but hard because not all members of family help. Read DR. Cooks material also it tells what brands to buy of certain foods also. His will also tell check for Candida build up which converts to toxins in the gut.Health stores sell candida detox.School lunches are another he says are bad. I was told this Organic foods or raise your own ,than no chemicals involved. Our son is in Scouts which has helped alot. He enjoys this because a patch evertime attends events and work towards. I also notice some things they do at school help him. A tramopline has helped calm him also. To me they need a calming thing before school work, does better then.Brush your child witha brush (Wilbur protocol) learned by A SI certafied therapist help also. Attend SI workshops also helped me understand better. Then Carol's books made more sense to me. These kids have trouble because the world makes no sense to them because things are distorted to them.Look at the son rise program I was going to go but right now money won't allow.Mainly for Autism kids but would probably be good for ADHD also.I been told this is all one in the same any way. &n bsp; &n bsp; &n bsp; &n bsp; &n bsp; &n bsp; RSHN |
