microseizures? | ADHD Information

My 7-yr. old son is on Ritalin LA.  His teacher reports that he still goes in and out of daydreaming.  The school nurse says this could actually be a case of microseizures on the drug, since he also wrings his hands.  Anybody heard of this?Go see a Neurologist for Absence seizures as a possibility also depakote works well for that. These are usually gone after puburty. No longer med is needed for that then. I had that as a child and been seizure free  18years. God bless. That is why I had a attention problem. Rshn
