Please help!! | ADHD Information

I have a 7 yr old boy that has been on Strattera since November 2003. We have had to up his dose 3 different times, and he is now on the maximum dose for his size. He takes 35 mg/day. It has stopped working again, and I don't know what to do. I've heard that Concerta works fairly well, and I want to avoid Ritalin if possible. We've tried counseling to help with anxiety and things like that, but nothing seems to help. I'm now noticing the same symptoms in my 6 yr old. They both have a horrible time concentrating, especially at school. I feel like I'm running out of ideas here. I'm a single parent of 4, so it's very difficult to stay on top of it all the time. Just needing some support, I guess.
