My daughter took this med for a short period of time. We took her off because of very little improvement. Her liver test was high normal (although I think that was for the Depakene she was taking at the same time) so we didn't want to increase the dosage any more. I don't know if I can help. What is your question?
They do watch liver enzymes with depakote. We used depakote and seraquel together and the seraquel alone. It wasn't as effective alone so now she takes Abilify and a very small dose a seraquel to help with sleep. She has done fine.I need help! Is anyone elses child on this??

My son is 5yrs old and has been on several medicines for his hyper activity. We started with Tenex, Risperdal, Straterra, Clonidine and now they want to try Seroquel. Nothing seems to work. The clonidine made him more hyper and have him nitemares and he has a hard time sleeping. I was reading about Seroquel and it stated that it has not been tested in children and that made me think twice. That's why I'm trying to get some informaton about it. I don't want my son to be a zombie.
