I was just put on Adderall and am on my second day. The doc wants me to take 10mg twice daily. Yesterday, I didn't notice much from the 10mg so at noon, when I took my second does, I took 20mg. I really felt good about an hour after I took it. Seemed to have a great day and get things done.
This morning I took 20mg and didnt get the same effect. Is my does too low? What should I do?
