decrease refine carbs at dinner.We don/t need sleeping things. No problems in this area.rshn hello, my son has adhd he has been on secveral things, he has bad outbursts and calms and is very loving and appoligetic afterwards the dr. switched his medicine from a higher dose of concerta to a lower dose and a ridilin in the evening but he wants to take him from clonidine to risperdal and i am a little concerned does anyone have any information, or been on this. it supposed to help him rest better at night./
