Just wondering if anyone has tried this type of meds for ADHD??
If so what dose are u on??
I just started here this past Saturday and just dont notice anything and started out with 1 10mg, then Sunday 20mg and Mon and today 30mg and nothing...
I cant seem to find much info on it and anyone using it..seems like addreall xr and that you see people taking up to 50 60mg..a day..
Any advice??

I have just started Dex. spanuels, I have been a week on them, next week I go to 2 x 10 then the next week 3x10, I have notice a calmness and a little decrease in appitite, I searched the web and found most people take 40mg (that is average) have u tried doing something different like learn a comp program or do something differnt?
Right now I know 10mg is not enough, but i have been on anti depressants for years and had to come off them. if u find 30 or 40 not working then maybe u should see your Dr.
I will check ur page again later to see if any difference, but give it time to work.

well this week i started to take 2x 10mg i really didnt notice anything different, but last night one thing that kinda through me was, my boyfriend asked me for a phone number that was on my cell, well i tend to have a problem remembering numbers plus i put them in the wrong order, anyway I gave him the number and remembered it right away, it was like my mind took a pic of the face of the phone and i see the pic even today i can remember that number! which is something i have never been able to do.
Saying that ....that is all i noticed, but today i got really aggitated and it last up untill now, and i am very prone to cry about now, now not sure why maybe it is the meds. in a few days i start 30mg, let me know how u are doing now on your dex.

It has been a week now on dex. spanules and still nothing and have been up to 40mg. Im to call my doc here again on Monday and see what will try next...as she is getting ready to go on vacation and wanted to switch me onto something else if this didnt work as she said when we find the right one you will no it right away but so far not yet will see what Monday here brings...
Will let ya know what I try next here..
