"DEXEDRINE users" UPDATE | ADHD Information

I really need some help and would like anyone, and I mean anyone that is taking Dexedrine to respond!

I have been taking this med 1 x 10mg for two weeks, All I really noticed was I am calmer in myself and a little less hugry,  Now I started 2 x 10mg  (spansuels) and Nothing new, next week i am supposed to start 3 x 10mg,   Please tell me how I can tell if any of this is having any effect.

Right now I am at home as I got fired from my job of 8yrs because I dont pay attention and am not interested in my job!  oh really..........

So I find it hard to keep myself busy.  I am so glad for this site otherwise I would go nuts!

So all u guys that take Dexedrine please please give me your fed back!

I hated seing my son like this, He was five going on six, I told the dr. I didnt want him on anymore pills. We first tried ridlin but it gave him severe headaches I couldnt see giving him meds that were only hurting him for once my dr. agrreed with me ( put a mark on the wall for this ) my dr. never agreed with anything I said. The dr. only prescribed half of one mg for my son because he was gaining weight. I myself have never been on it and probably never will. I hope that you do find out if it's working for you,I know if you have real close friends ask them they should be able to tell you if they see a change in you if it's good or bad, one thing to remember you may not want to hear what they say, just remember they were your friends before you asked them that question,  Good luck to you.well this am I felt pretty good,  but half was through the day, weelllllllllll   i got aggitated over something, which normally isnt normal for me, and well the rest of my day was just awful  I wanted to cry at the blink of an eyelid, not sure if this is from dexedrine or not............hope this doesnt happen again.

Instead of the spanules why don't you try the short acting ones? That is what I am on, never tried the spanules.

I take 10mgs in the am and 10 in the afternoon and I like the fact I can control the meds more.

Okay, well it looks as there is not too many people out there on Dexedrine,  saying that, they may be a chance that someone might want some questiions or anwers on this med.  so I am gonna post my finding on this med just incase it answers some questions for someone.

week 1/2   1 x 10mg

Felt Calmer,   appetite =  finding that i dont pick all day.  Dont feel focused yet.

week 3      2 x 10mg, first day nothing, second day,   When driving it was like i had a pair of new glass's and could see things really clearly and I mean really clearly.    Appetite same, no picking.    No longer fall asleep in the day,  (done it for so many years, I actually miss my naps!)  focusing???  didnt seem any different until..........until my boyfriend asked me a phone # that was programmed into my cell,    Normally I would look at the number and say it but only first 3 digits and then would have to look at it again and give last 4 digits many times i  would say the last digits backwards.

But I was totally shocked, I said it the first time and got out of the phone,  he asked me to repeat it again,   and it just rolled out  This has never ever happend to me before, so I started to look at other numbers and tried to see if i could remember them.

Each time i would recall, it was like my mind took a picture of the front of the phn as when i recalled i could see the phone list  this is the best experience yet!

Not so sure i am focused on anyelse yet but time will tell
