I'm the same with my dexedrine. The dexedrine really makes me want to smoke more and when I do, I love every second of it. I think for a smoker it is a side effect of the meds.

The days that I can really feel the ritlin working (started on it last week) I find myself wanting to smoke cigerettes more/enjoying them more. Is this normal? I'm already a pack a day guy and its not increasing the amount I smoke, just when I go out to smoke a cig I really crave it more. Just curious if anyone else feels this way. My doctor knows I smoke when he put me on it, so I guess its not bad to combine the two.
